The student session covers FRC and GHFRC’s day-to-day learning and engineering practice.
Club Fair
- Date and time: Tuesday, 15 September 2026, 16:20–17:20.
- Venue: GHCIS Football Field.
Online Parent Q&A Session
- Date and time: Wednesday, 16 September 2026, 19:30–20:10.
- Format: Tencent Meeting (Online).
- Participants: All pre-registered students and their parents will be invited after pre-registration closes. Every pre-registered student must ensure that a parent attends online.
- Topics: FRC competitions, school team arrangements, fees, and other questions from students and parents.
Registration Process
- Pre-registration: The current questionnaire records initial interest; it is a pre-registration form. The deadline is 16 September 2026 at 11:00.
- Final registration: The deadline is 17 September 2026 at 23:59. The final team size will be based on the registration count on 17 September.

You can scan the QR code on the event posters in the GHCIS teaching building to join the Recruitment Information Group.
We will also provide QR codes at the Club Fair that you can take with you and scan when you return home or to your dormitory.
